He did. He's an abomination who needed to learn a valuable lesson about crossing me.

A teenager, for whatever people make of that given word, is hardly a child. He's a cynical teen and runs his mouth far too often. Fifteen or sixteen is definitely old enough to know better and when to hold your tongue instead of acting like a complete moron. He was foolish and so he paid the price.

If I had spoken to my master the way he speaks to me, I never would have survived puberty. I mean that in a most literal fashion, he would have long since killed me if I acted the way towards him this boy has towards me.
