Always and eternally. Who is he?

His name is Vash. He knows less than I did about his powers but I've seen what happens when he loses control... It's like he becomes this black hole. Very hard to get away from, wouldn't want to encounter it again.

I've spoken with him and he wants help, he just doesn't have a clue where to start.

I like him already. He sounds like he has great potential. What is his personality like?

[Maul sometimes felt like half the work he put into those with powers was getting them to a point where their personalities or emotions were stable enough to work harmoniously with their powers.]
