[As soon as he had a location, Maul was saddling one of his pets to take him there. Maul was thinking Luke was becoming delirious, weakened as he was by the attack, given what he was saying before he slumped into unconsciousness

Unsure of if there was danger still in the woods besides his wayward lover, who he was unaware of as he assumed it was a monster that had attacked Luke, Maul used Slicer as his mode of transportation. The warg could prove to be backup if he got into a fight.

Once he got to the woods, he centered himself, and used his senses in the Force to figure out where Luke was. The boy still shined brightly in the Force, though right now that light flickered like a candle being buffeted around by the wind. He came over to him and examined the young Jedi as he knelt down, looking him over to see what injuries he might have sustained in the attack. Fortunately for Luke, Maul's blood could help heal physical wounds this month. About time his wretched blood came in handy.

He shook the Jedi gently, trying to rouse him to a state of wakefulness, while at the same time probing his presence in the Force, the Dark Side nudging the presence of the Light right in front of him.]

Luke. Come on. You're not dead yet.

[ A faint, weak sound escaped from Luke as Maul tried to rouse him… and in response, something loomed above them both. In the shadows of the forest and the clouds passing over the moon, it looked like some kind of demonic specter: a head that seemed like it was wearing a flared helmet, a tall body cloaked in the dark itself, and the hiss of a breath coming from within that darkness. Red, lens-like eyes glowed, seemingly glaring down at Maul as the menacing creature seemed to loom toward him… ]

F-father…

[ Luke stirred weakly, a hand reaching out to the dark figure and clinging to it oddly. The clouds over the moon cleared at that moment, revealing that the creature was not a terrifying monolith of the Dark, but a snake-like creature, covered in black scales. It hissed at Maul, before lowering itself, curling protectively around Luke… and drawing attention to the silvery blood that was slowly drying around two puncture wounds on the young Jedi’s neck. ]

[Maul looked around as Luke called out for his father but Anakin was nowhere in sight. Yep, the poor boy had clearly lost too much blood and was hallucinating.

He stopped up short at the sight of a krayt dragon that was curled protectively around Luke. That had to be his Omen, Maul didn't think there would just be a random one wandering around Trench that just so happened upon one of the only Jedi there.]

I'm going to try to help him.

[Maul always carried a knife on him, a present from Reaper one Christmas. He pulled it out and slit a line across his palm, letting the Vileblood well to the surface. When there was a sufficient amount in his curled palm, he tipped his hand and let it drip onto Luke's neck. It wouldn't replace any of the blood he'd already lost but it would stop him from losing more.]
